Furthermore, Singapore’s first underground MRT station bicycle parks will also be a new sight along the East Coast MRT stretch.

A short drive away, Suntec City, City Square Mall and the Orchard Shopping Belt, which are popular shopping destinations in Singapore, are also incredibly accessible. Therefore, residents’ dining, shopping, service, entertainment, and banking needs are satisfied by these numerous malls nearby, giving residents a wealth of alternatives.

Furthermore, the malls nearby have many restaurants and supermarkets. Amber Sea Price Comparison

Far East Organization has purchased Amber Glades through en bloc sale at $118.12 million. The site has total land area of around 40,197sqf, which works out to about $1,066 per square foot per plot ratio, adding in $4 million development charges (DC).

Based on DBS' initial estimates, the breakeven cost of the project could come in at $1500-1550psf. Based on most recent launches nearby, I would consider $2200-2400psf is a reasonable entry price to consider Amber Sea.
