A unique mixed-use development
CanningHill Piers Overview
CanningHill Piers will take over the former Liang Court District, located in Singapore's prime district 6 and heart.
District 6 is widely known for being both a business and leisure hotspot. Therefore future residents of CanningHill Piers can enjoy the best of both worlds within the neighbourhood. Destinations and activities suitable for day till night, professional to recreational, city and nature, surround CanningHill Piers, waiting to be explored. The dual frontage of the river and hill is a rare advantage in Singapore especially. This highlight thus brings out more of CanningHill Piers' charms. Moreover, Fort Canning MRT Station is right on their doorstep, seamlessly connecting residents to the rest of Singapore too.
The area of the whole site is 12,925.4 square metres, and it has a 99-year leasehold. CanningHill Piers offers a wide range of apartments, from 1-5 bedroom apartments to Sky Suites and Super Penthouse. This exciting development is estimated to open its doors by 2024.
The CanningHill Piers is a unique mixed-use development, comprising of:

- 21 storey Moxy Hotel (477 guest rooms), operated by Marriott International
- 20 storey Serviced residence with hotel licence (192 guest rooms owned by Ascott Reit)

CanningHill Piers Site Plan
There is no place quite like CanningHill Piers. On one side lies glittering Singapore River. On the other side, the verdant tranquillity of Fort Canning Hill provides the perfect foil. Beyond its unmatched position overlooking two of Singapore’s historic sites, this new luxury residence, being the tallest residential tower along Singapore River, is set to be a landmark.
There are 3 levels of facility decks located at level 3, 24 and 45.
With its rugged landscaping and open-air fitness facilities at level 3, you can catch your vitamin D in between exercises here. Test your limits at the Bouldering Wall or the Rope Climb, beat the clock at the 300m Outdoor Jogging Track. Get the kids in to have some fun at Splash Play.
It doesn't matter which level you stay, you can always go to the sky park to enjoy the magnificent view of Singapore River or the Hill.
Level 24 is spanning two towers and filled with wellness and relaxation facilities from end to end. Start your day with brisk laps in the Infinity Lap Pool, and wind down at the Infinity Lounge Pool come sunset. At the Yoga Deck or the Sky Gym and Power Gym, set your eyes on the horizon and push on to a new record
If you need a quiet spot to think or to pen down your thoughts, there’s always the Flexi Lounge or the Flexi Pods, both equipped with WiFi and charging points. Housing a co-working space, the Flexi Lounge is also where the Residential Services Reception is located so assistance is readily on hand.

Some thoughts on CanningHill Piers
Mr Sherman Kwek, CDL Group Chief Executive Officer said: “After our recent sales success at Sengkang Grand Residences, we are honoured to be partnering CapitaLand on yet another integrated development that will redefine Clarke Quay, one of Singapore’s most exciting entertainment precincts. With multiple frontages, breathtaking views and convenient access to Fort Canning MRT Station, the Liang Court site has outstanding locational attributes for an integrated development comprising residential, commercial, hotel and serviced residence components. By harnessing the strengths and capabilities of all the partners involved, we plan to transform the site into an iconic landmark along the Singapore River.”
Opportunities to own a piece in such a prime site is hard to come by. Investors should try to get a share if budget allows.
CanningHill Piers is estimated to be launched in Q4 2021.
