Leedon Green Price Comparison
There are a couple of new launches in D10 vicinity. (refer to below table) Price has been hovering from $2400-2800psf. Many of them are smaller developments with limited facilities, such as Wilshire Residences, Petit Jervois, Juniper Hill, etc.. Larger scale development like Leedon Green normally will command a higher premium. As such, I would think $2600-2800psf is a fair price for this project.
Some thoughts on Leedon Green
1. If budget allows, this is a project that every home owner should pay attention. The property satisfies every family in terms of proximity to renowned schools, famous Singapore attractions for dining, shopping and leisure activities, as well as work places.
2. I personally like the unique undulating terrace landscaping with lush greenery and various relaxation nooks.
3. The project will appeal to mass affluent market, as $2M plus for 3 bedroom is within their means. While for Ultra-rich individuals, they may find the unit sizes are not spacious enough.
