CDL's own releases, reread on 17 October 2026, describe Newport Residences as a 246-unit freehold development on Anson Road, on the former Fuji Xerox Towers site. When we checked on 20 September 2026, the official project page gave an expected vacant-possession date of 1 March 2030 and expected legal completion on 1 March 2033. That page could not be opened on 17 October 2026, so treat both dates as developer-stated expectations from September and confirm them in current documentation.
