Far East’s release of 2 October 2026 said the public preview began on 2 October 2026 and the official sales launch was slated for Friday 16 October 2026, with the sales gallery at 11 Bassein Road. On 17 October 2026 the banner on Far East’s project page read “Open for sale”. The release gives a guide price from S$3,120 per square foot, with a 710 sq ft two-bedroom with study from S$2.22 million, and expects the Temporary Occupation Permit in the fourth quarter of 2030; the project page lists an expected vacant possession date of 1 September 2031, subject to change. Confirm the current stage, the price of the exact unit and any appointment directly with the developer.
